In a forthcoming 2026 article in Georgia Law Review Online, Lens analyzes the NCAA’s complex relationship with sports betting, including recent discussions about allowing student-athletes, coaches, and administrators to wager on professional sports.

Lens’ forthcoming article, “The New Name, Image, & Likeness Agent,” will appear in Volume 105 of the North Carolina Law Review Forum and examines the evolving role of agents in the NIL era of college athletics.
