I am particularly interested in teaching courses related to health coaching, health promotion, and lifestyle behavior change. I am passionate about higher education and am committed to ongoing reflection and growth as an educator. My service interests include supporting experiential learning and professional development through my role as Co-Director of the Health Coaching Pathway at Iowa. My research interests include testing health interventions (e.g., health coaching) to promote sustainable behavior change and quality of life.
