Where should deliveries be shipped?

Standard deliveries may be shipped directly to the Health Sciences Academic Building (HSAB):

What types of deliveries can HSAB receive?

HSAB can receive materials delivered in a box truck only.

Please note: There is no receiving crew in the building. The purchaser or recipient is responsible for arranging:

  • Unboxing and unpacking
  • Equipment setup (if needed)
  • Transportation from the loading dock to the office, lab, or destination space

What if my shipment is larger than a box truck?

Any delivery arriving on a vehicle larger than a box truck must be shipped to:

Will Central Receiving deliver my shipment to my lab or office?

No. Central Receiving will deliver shipments only to the HSAB loading dock.

The recipient or purchaser is responsible for making all arrangements for:

  • Delivery from the loading dock to the final destination
  • Unpacking and setup
  • Any specialized moving or installation services
