HSAB custodial services are provided by University of Iowa Facilities Management and are scheduled based on room type, occupancy, and building usage. Public areas, classrooms, restrooms, and other high-traffic spaces typically receive more frequent service than offices, research spaces, and specialty-use rooms.

Building occupants play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Please dispose of trash properly, clean up after yourself, report spills or safety concerns promptly, and leave shared spaces ready for the next user. Reporting Custodial Concerns
